What will be your responsibilities?
- Develop relationships with existing direct customers, ensuring high quality.
- Analyze changes and trends in the freight market and transport sector.
- Organize freight purchases from existing direct customers.
- Provide management with insights into customer activity and market price compliance.
What do you need for successful work?
- Similar work experience in the field of transport (required!)
- Very good command of English, additional languages would be an advantage.
- Sales and negotiation skills that allow you to achieve the best results.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to react quickly in various situations, changing priorities if necessary.
- Independence in making decisions and achieving set results.
- Initiative, constant interest in innovations in your field.
