We are looking for a proactive and organized Account Manager who will strengthen relationships with existing customers and ensure their satisfaction with the services.

OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:
If you have successful experience in sales to business customers and want to focus on deepening relationships with existing customers, this position is for you.
- You will build and strengthen long-term business relationships with existing customers, visit them regularly, delve into their needs and ensure smooth long-term cooperation.
- You will analyze sales and customer satisfaction data and share your insights with other team members
- You will oversee the entire order administration, logistics and fulfillment process, and colleagues from the engineering department will help you with technical issues
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of successful sales experience to business clients
- Experience with an engineering product or technical education (mechanical, manufacturing, industrial engineering or similar fields)
- Excellent written and oral Lithuanian and English language skills (working language with foreign clients – English)
- Proactivity, initiative and ability to independently organize visits and implement agreements
