What will your day look like:
- You will introduce customers to the bank's services and products by phone (no need to make "cold" calls);
- You will analyze the data provided by customers and make a decision on issuing a loan;
- You will consult customers and partners by phone and e-mail on issues related to obtaining a loan, filling out a loan application and signing a loan agreement - you will manage the entire process of issuing a loan to a customer;
- You will achieve the planned sales goals by cooperating with the team;
- You will contribute to the improvement of processes with your own ideas.

- You have excellent communication skills;
- You want to learn, develop, and are motivated to achieve personal and team goals;
- You have excellent Lithuanian and English language skills (verbal and written);
- You have work experience in customer service (in finance, telemarketing, sales or insurance companies) - we consider this an advantage.
