One of the main objectives of this position:
Ensure smooth cooperation and communication with the company's clients, achieving high service quality and customer satisfaction. Accurately enter and transmit the necessary information to employees of internal departments.
Main responsibilities:
Accepting and transferring orders to the production department;
Preparing the assortment of goods for sale;
Coordination of the delivery of manufactured products to customers;
Preparing commercial offers;
Professional customer consultation by e-mail and telephone;
Effective cooperation with other departments;
Achieving results and contributing to the implementation of team goals;
Participation in additional tasks assigned by the team leader.

What we expect from the candidate:
Experience in customer service or management (advantage);
Ability to plan work, work with data, accuracy and organization;
Fluent in English and good writing (knowledge of other languages would be an advantage);
Openness to learning, ability to quickly absorb new information and work with various systems;
Easy communication with people and the courage to ask questions if there are any ambiguities;
Proactivity and a positive attitude towards work.
