Vilnius Implantology HOUSE (VIN Clinic) is looking for an administrator to work 4 hours a day, on a rotating schedule (one day in the morning, the next day in the evening).
Main tasks:
Welcoming and serving patients in the clinic;
Call and registration administration;
Coordination of visits and work with the clinic system;
Daily administrative work and assistance to the team of doctors.
We expect:
Pleasant and professional communication;
Responsibility, punctuality and organization;
Ability to quickly orientate and solve everyday situations;
Computer skills.
