Nature of work
- Patient registration, visit planning and coordination;
- Patient consultation about the services provided at the clinic live, by phone and e-mail;
- Administrative documentation management and preparation of primary accounting documents;
- Working with the cash register and administering patient payments;
- Assistance to doctors and other clinic employees with daily organizational issues;
- Other administrative work to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.
Advantages:
- Work experience in a personal health care institution;
- Work experience with the Polis registration system;
- Knowledge of the Russian language.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education;
- Administrative or customer service work experience;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Responsibility, independence, diligence and the ability to quickly navigate various situations;
- Good computer skills;
- Correct Lithuanian and good English skills.
