Primary responsibilities
Professional and pleasant communication with clinic patients;
Patient flow management: registration, visit planning and coordination;
General email administration;
Working with the cash register and billing administration;
Prompt resolution of emerging situations and ensuring the quality of customer service;
Performing administrative and organizational tasks;
Preparing reports and analyzing data;
Responding to customer calls and inquiries;
Data entry and administration in information systems;
Working with data from territorial health insurance funds (THF).

What do we expect from you
Experience in customer service (required);
Sales experience is a big advantage;
Excellent communication skills, high customer service culture and orientation towards quality experience;
Professional, presentable image, responsibility, diligence and attention to detail;
Ability to quickly navigate situations, independently solve tasks and effectively plan time;
Good computer skills, knowledge of clerical and administrative principles;
Proficiency in English (Russian is an advantage);
Motivation to improve and grow in a professional environment.

The clinic is open from 8:00 to 20:00 on weekdays.
