"Kalno klinika" is looking for an administrator - activity coordinator who would not only accept calls or register visits, but would also become a person who ensures the smooth daily activities of the clinic and high-quality patient service.

We are looking for someone who is able to manage information flows, coordinate processes, calmly respond to more intense situations and sees meaning in helping people.

Responsibilities:

Professional and warm communication with patients by phone and in person.
Coordination of doctors' schedules, visits and information flows.
Ensuring the daily activities of the clinic: process monitoring, document management, operational decisions.
Patient management - from the first call to the end of treatment.
Work with the clinic's information systems.

What we expect:

Higher or higher education.
Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language and foreign language(s).
Excellent computer literacy.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, make decisions and remain calm.
An approach of "how to do better", not "how to pass the hours".
