Clinic Administrator (s)

We invite you to join the team of the newly opened department of UAB "Lotus Medica" - the clinic "TĖKMĖ"! The clinic employs qualified endocrinologists, dieticians, gynecologists and medical psychologists.

Job description:

• Work at the clinic's reception, patient flow management, customer service;
• Providing primary information by phone, e-mail or other means of communication;
• Registering patients for specialist consultations, medical examinations;
• Working with the cash register, administering payments;
• Preparing documents, issuing invoices;
• Managing correspondence, e-mail flow;
• Ensuring the provision of necessary tools for work;
• Maintaining the internal work order of the clinic;
• Other organizational and administrative tasks.

Work 40 hours/week (full-time). Work according to a pre-arranged variable work schedule.
On weekdays:

• four working days of 10 hours and one working day off

or

• five working days of 8 hours

PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES WHO HAVE SENT A COVER LETTER.

Advantages - ability to communicate in English or Russian, work experience in a personal health care facility.
