Nature of work
We are looking for a team addition - in the position of clinic administrator. To be the face of the clinic and a warm first contact for our clinic's patients.
The job consists of many different tasks, but the essential task is to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic and a good patient experience.
Other equally important daily tasks would be - registering patients, providing information, monitoring schedule changes and informing patients, planning and registering visits and operations, filling out documentation, working at the cash register and the operation planning program, other tasks assigned by the manager.

Employee requirements
- Higher education;
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrator position (in the medical field - an advantage);
- Fluent communication in English, both written and oral;
- Computer literacy;
- Communication skills;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Quick orientation;
- Communication etiquette in resolving conflict/critical situations;
- Working at a cash register (an advantage);
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule, full-time;
