"Familia Clinica" is a modern medical facility that provides professional ophthalmology, otorhinolaryngology (ENT), hearing care, dermatology services and blood tests.
We are looking for an organized, energetic administrator - registrar who can smoothly convey information in writing and verbally.

We will trust you:
- receiving calls, providing primary information to patients;
- registration of patients for doctor's consultations and medical examinations;
- payment administration, cash register operations;
- correspondence, email mail flow management, ensuring the supply of tools (stationery) necessary for work;
- other organizational and administrative tasks.
In order for you to be successful, you will need:
- administrative work experience (in a medical institution - an advantage);
- good knowledge of Lithuanian, Russian (mandatory) and English (a great advantage);
- computer literacy (we use internal programs and Excel, Word);
- medical (nurse) education - an advantage;
- ability to perform several tasks at once;
- quick response to non-standard, stressful situations;
- diligence, responsibility, punctuality.
