Working conditions:
1.0 full-time work load;
Work in alternating shifts: 7:30-14:30 and 13:30-20:30.
Advantage - at least 1 year of experience in the medical sector;
Salary from 2200 Eur on paper, full social guarantees and additional financial protection for unforeseen expenses;
Final conditions are negotiated according to competence, experience and job functions (1st, 2nd or 3rd level administrator).

What do we expect from you?

Work experience in clinic administration and real functional professional knowledge;
Understanding of the dental procedures performed;
Responsibility, punctuality and work discipline;
Live contact with patients, pleasant communication and the ability to register for visits according to tasks independently;
The ability to establish a trust-based relationship with clients, maintaining high and human service standards;
Active participation in meetings and resolving emerging problems;
Continuous improvement in one's own and other related areas, professional development, following innovations and making suggestions for improving administration,
Excellent written and spoken Lithuanian and at least one foreign language skills.
