Your main responsibilities in this position:

- organizing clinic activities and ensuring smooth work, controlling patient visits;
- advising patients about the services provided in the clinic and procedures performed (live and by phone);
- maintaining and filling out documentation;
- working with the cash register;
- administering primary accounting documents;
- assisting in ensuring the smooth work of doctors;
- maintaining and maintaining general order.
We hope you:
- you have administrative work experience in med. in the institution (a big advantage);
- you know how to work with Microsoft Office suite programs (MS Word, MS Excel);
- you know English at A2 - B1 level, Russian is an advantage;
- communicative, attentive, proactive, you are able to make decisions and solve problems independently.
