About the position

"Tavo klinika" is looking for an administrator who is not only interested in answering calls or registering a patient, but also in creating a good patient experience from the first contact to the end of the visit. This is a job for someone who quickly navigates situations, knows how to communicate with very different people and understands that not everything in the clinic always goes according to one standard scenario.

In this position, it is important not only to perform tasks, but also to observe, learn from colleagues, ask "why do we do this?" and eventually understand the rhythm of the clinic, people and the logic of decisions.

What will you do in this position?

You will need to:

• register patients for medical services and manage the flow of visits;
• provide information to patients by phone, e-mail, messages and live in the clinic;
• ensure that the patient receives clear, accurate and timely information;
• accept payments, work with the cash register and administrative systems;
• prepare, manage and administer necessary documents;
• collaborate with doctors, nurses and other team members;
• help resolve everyday situations when a patient is missing something, needs clarification or additional attention;
• learn from real-life situations and contribute to creating a better patient experience.

This position will suit you if:

• you are able to communicate with different people - patients, doctors, nurses, colleagues;
• you understand that a clinic administrator is not just a "receptionist" - she is a person who helps manage the entire patient journey;
• you are curious, ask questions, observe and want to understand why the solution is one in one situation and another - different;
• you are able to work quickly, but without losing accuracy;
• humanity, cooperation and a respectful tone are important to you.

We expect you to have:

• good computer skills;
• the ability to communicate clearly and politely, both orally and in writing;
• a responsible attitude towards information, documents and patient data;
• basic English;
• experience in administration, customer service, medicine, health or similar services.

A big advantage – if you have worked in medicine, health, beauty, dentistry, rehabilitation or other service areas where customer/patient service, speed, confidentiality and the ability to manage different situations are important.
