Dental clinic in Vilnius invites an administrator to join

Dental clinic Dental Implantology Center, located at Kernavės g. 88, Vilnius, is looking for a responsible, communicative and positive administrator who would become an important part of our team.
Job description:

• Patient registration and coordination of visits
• Clinic documentation, e-mail and call management
• Work with the cash register, patient registration program
• Communication with dental technicians, tracking work deadlines
• Ordering materials
• Medical card administration
• Ensuring smooth clinic operations and creating a pleasant atmosphere

About us:

• Working hours: Monday–Thursday: 8:00–17:00/17:30, Friday: 8:00–16:00/16:30
• The clinic has 3 work chairs
• Friendly, professional team

We offer:

• Stable work in a modern clinic 5 days a week
• Salary: from 2200 Eur (gross)

What we expect from you:

• Responsibility, punctuality and organization, ability to work in dynamic situations
• Pleasant, warm and professional communication with patients and colleagues
• Fluent in spoken and written Lithuanian, ability to communicate in English (spoken and written), knowledge of Russian is desirable
• Computer literacy skills
• Experience in similar work, especially in a dental or medical clinic
