Employee requirements
Customer service and consulting experience;
Excellent communication skills, language culture and knowledge of etiquette;
Helpfulness, attentiveness to the patient's needs;
Responsibility, diligence, ability to work on several tasks at once;
Computer skills (MS Office);
Knowledge of Lithuanian, basics of English and/or Russian;
Experience with the Foxus system is an advantage.

Registration, reception and service of patients;
Ensuring the smooth work of doctors and coordinating visits;
Consulting patients about the services provided in the clinic (in person and by phone);
Organizing the clinic's activities and coordinating daily activities;
Maintaining and filling out medical documents;
Working with the cash register and administering primary accounting documents;
Maintaining general order in the clinic.

Your daily tasks
You will ensure the smooth operation of the clinic and be the first point of contact for patients;
You will coordinate communication with partners, suppliers and other institutions
You will take care of office and household supplies
You will help organize the manager's agenda and meetings
You will manage documentation - from registration to sending
You will contribute to the smooth work of the entire team
