If you are a person who is both a good listener and a quick learner, join our client team as a clinic administrator - you will be the first point of contact for patients and an important link in ensuring that the clinic's daily routine runs smoothly. Your daily routine here is to ensure that the clinic operates as a well-coordinated mechanism.
WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR NEW POSITION?
- Consult patients and register them for visits live and remotely;
- Ensure smooth information flow in the clinic – so that all data reaches the right people on time;
- Administer calls, incoming correspondence and documentation;
- Maintain close contact with doctors, coordinate information (e.g., when coordinating treatment plans);
- Work with invoices and reports.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SHINE HERE?
- Experience in customer service/call handling;
- Ability to independently plan work, organization;
- Desire to learn, improve and understand the clinic's processes and systems;
- Good computer literacy;
- Empathy, responsibility and initiative - the ability to notice and make decisions.
