About us
We are a dermatology clinic in Vilnius, staffed by experienced dermatologists and beauty specialists. We use the latest, world-renowned equipment for our procedures (Cutera Excel V, Asclepion Mediostar, Luminis), and the range of services includes both diagnostics and treatment of skin diseases, as well as aesthetic dermatology and cosmetology procedures. The team regularly participates in international training, so we can offer our patients the latest medical methods along with warm, caring service.
What we expect from you
Main responsibilities:
Detailed and smooth provision of information about the services provided in the clinic live, by phone and e-mail;
High-quality and helpful customer service in the clinic;
Registering clients for consultations and procedures, accompanying them from the time of registration to the end of the service with a specialist;
Presentation of products sold in the clinic to clients and selling them;
Preparation, filling in and maintenance of internal documentation and reports, entering information into computer systems;
Ordering coffee, water, stationery and products for sale;
Performing tasks assigned by the manager, helping colleagues.
Requirements:
Higher or higher education;
Ability to communicate politely and express thoughts smoothly;
Ability to manage emotions and resolve conflict situations;
Honesty, responsibility, desire to learn and improve.
Advantages:
Knowledge of English;
Similar work experience in a medical facility;
Experience working with a cash register;
Knowledge of server systems.

What we offer
A rotating work schedule: one week working on Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday (4 working days), the next week – on Wednesday and Thursday (2 working days);
Working hours: weekdays 9 am–8 pm, Saturdays 9 am–4 pm;
Saturdays are worked twice a month, Sundays are always free;
Workload is about 0.8 full-time.
