ERA ESTHETIC is an international network of aesthetic centers, which has been creating the highest level of customer experience in the field of laser dermatology and aesthetic medicine for more than 17 years.
We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a Customer Service Manager who will become the first point of contact for our customers and create a flawless experience from the first call to the visit to the clinic.
We are looking for someone who not only professionally serves customers, but is also able to build relationships, understand their needs and contribute to the results of the clinic.

- Professional patient reception, registration and coordination of visits;
- Customer consultation by phone, e-mail and social channels;
- Recommendation of individual services and cosmetic products (active sales);
- Ensuring the highest level of customer service standards;
- Control of visit planning and efficient filling of doctors' work schedules;
- Work with the cash register, administration of payments;
- Organizing the daily activities of the clinic and maintaining general order;
- Preparing reports, achieving goals and monitoring results;
- Working with the CRM system and administering client data;
- Other administrative and organizational work;
- Working on a rotating schedule (morning / evening shifts), 2 Saturdays per month.
Employee requirements
- Higher education;
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service or administration (an advantage is in the medical, aesthetic or service sector);
- Excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence, professional communication etiquette and the ability to create a high-level customer experience;
- Sales experience and the ability to recommend services and products according to customer needs;
- Result orientation, responsibility for personal and team goals;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and make decisions quickly;
- Excellent computer skills (CRM, reservation systems);
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and Russian (verbal and written), good knowledge of English;
- Ability to plan time, manage several tasks at once;
- Diligence, responsibility and attention to detail;
- Representative appearance, positivity, initiative and desire to improve.
