Your goal will be to ensure that the clinic operates smoothly every day, the team works purposefully, and the organization becomes stronger and stronger - both in terms of people, processes and performance results.

Your responsibilities:
- Lead a team of administrators and physician assistants, ensuring its growth and effective work;
- Ensure high quality of patient service and adherence to uniform work standards;
- Analyze performance indicators, make data-based decisions and increase the efficiency and profitability of the clinic's operations;
- Develop and improve the clinic's processes, work procedures and responsibilities;
- Be an active member of the clinic's management team, initiating organizational changes and contributing to the long-term development of the clinic.

- have successful leadership experience in the medical field (work experience in a dental clinic would be a great advantage);

- are able to systematically see organizational processes, identify areas for improvement and successfully implement changes;
- are able to maintain a balance between respect for people and high demands – you know how to support a team, but are also able to make uncomfortable decisions when necessary.

We are a modern and professional clinic where every patient will feel comfortable and confident due to the high quality of treatment. Having spent more than 20 years in Užupis, we grew and expanded, so in 2022 we moved to larger, modern and much more conveniently accessible spaces in the Panorama shopping center. We consider the main and most important task to be the lighting of smiles on the faces of patients (speaking in a broad sense, because we try to light them not only with the help of odontological instruments).
