Tasks and responsibilities
The goal is high-quality customer service and professional assistance to the team.
After comprehensive training, in this job you will meet clients, direct them to consultants, answer patients' calls, listen to their needs and discuss the time of their visit to our doctors, register patients for a visit. In the consultations and apply orthopedic devices to patients.
You will also help doctors: prepare doctors' offices for work, perform the necessary actions in related systems - Sveidra, E-health, Evis, Polis, coordinate doctors' work schedules with patients' orders.
We will discuss in detail during the meeting.

Expectations for your competence
We hope that you have a higher/college education and successful experience in similar work and excellent communication skills both in person and over the phone. You understand and speak foreign languages (English, Russian).
