What will you do?
- You will take care of the smooth running of the clinic and a good atmosphere in the team.
- Together with the team and owners, you will develop a clinic development plan.
- You will help develop new services and directions.
- You will support and motivate doctors, assistants and administration.
- You will monitor the clinic's indicators, budget and patient satisfaction.
- You will contribute to the clinic's awareness and communication with patients.
It is important to us that you have
- Leadership experience in healthcare, services or similar field (dentistry experience would be a huge advantage).
- Experience in developing the operations of a medical institution or implementing changes.
- Understanding of budgets and financial indicators.
- Ability to listen, communicate and mobilize people.
