Head of Clinic

We are looking for a strong, engaged and results-oriented clinic manager who, together with the team, would create a smoothly functioning, patient-valued and growing clinic.
We need a manager who cares not only about the smooth running of daily processes, but also about the results they create – for the patient, the employee and the clinic.
This is a position for someone who likes people, sees the whole, is able to make decisions and wants to have a real impact on the development of the clinic.

Clinic activities and results

• Organize the daily activities of the clinic and ensure smooth cooperation of all its links.
• Together with the clinic management, form operational goals and ensure their implementation.
• Monitor the key performance indicators of the clinic, analyze the results and initiate the necessary changes.
• Achieve the clinic's income, efficiency and profitability goals.
• Analyze patient flows, employment of doctors and offices and look for opportunities to use the clinic's resources more efficiently.
• Identify operational problems and growth opportunities and not only propose, but also implement solutions.
• Initiate and implement projects that help the clinic grow and improve performance.
• Manage agreed performance indicators (KPIs), track their dynamics and take responsibility for achieving the agreed results.
