Clinic Network Development Manager

We are looking for an independent, organized person who would be responsible for opening new clinics in our network in Lithuania — from finding suitable premises to forming a team and starting operations.

In this position, it is important to see the entire project and be able to practically implement it: coordinate the work of different specialists, resolve emerging issues, and ensure that the clinic is ready for operation on time and within budget.

• You will search for suitable locations and premises for new clinics, assess their suitability together with specialists, coordinate rental or purchase conditions.
• You will prepare clinic opening plans, budgets, and work schedules, and monitor their implementation.
• You will coordinate the design, installation, and preparation of premises for operation, cooperate with designers, contractors, and equipment suppliers.
• Together with responsible specialists, you will coordinate the preparation of documents necessary for operation, obtaining permits and licenses.
• You will organize the staffing of the new clinic team: together with the responsible managers, you will plan the need for employees, coordinate the search, selection and preparation for work.
• You will coordinate the work of the medical, administrative, IT and marketing teams necessary for the opening of the clinic.
• You will resolve issues arising during the project, manage deadlines and budget risks, and involve management in a timely manner when its decisions are needed.
• You will ensure a smooth start-up of the clinic's activities and transfer to the team responsible for daily operations.

• Experience in implementing new branch openings, network expansion or similar complex projects.
• Ability to independently manage a project from start to finish: plan work, budget and deadlines, coordinate specialists and achieve an agreed result.
• Negotiation and cooperation skills with property owners, contractors or suppliers.
• Financial understanding, attention to costs and the ability to compare and justify proposed solutions.
• Initiative, responsibility and the ability to navigate new situations.
• Good oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
• Ability to travel to developed facilities in different cities in Lithuania.

We will consider experience in opening clinics or other healthcare units a great advantage. We will also value experience in expanding service, retail or other branch networks.
