Employee requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the HoReCa sector, of which at least 1-2 years in a management position.
- Experience in managing a bar, cocktail bar, restaurant or active evening venue.
- Ability to independently organize and control the activities of the entire bar.
- Experience in managing a team: selection of employees, training, work organization, scheduling, performance evaluation.
- Ability to control the work of the administrator / head bartender, set tasks and evaluate their completion.
- Good understanding of bar processes: cocktail production, recipes, portion control, product balances, write-offs, inventories.
- Ability to analyze sales, cost, margin, labor costs and other key performance indicators.
- Experience in conducting inventories and analyzing discrepancies.
- Ability to control the consumption of alcohol and other products and prevent unjustified write-offs or shortages.
- Experience working with suppliers, negotiating prices, promotions and terms of cooperation.
- Ability to work with POS / cash register systems and understand their reports.
- Ability to resolve conflict situations with both customers and employees.
- Responsibility, independence and the ability to make decisions.
- Orientation to results, not just to process administration.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and make decisions with a high flow of customers.
- Ability to work in the evenings and weekends and periodically be on site during the most intense working hours.
