Head of Quality, Environmental and Process Management Department

Our client is a company that invests in the quality of its operations, advanced technologies and employee competencies. We are looking for a manager with practical experience in building construction and who is willing to apply it on a wider scale – improving the quality of projects and organizational processes.

In this position, you will lead a team of specialists, assess the quality of construction work and resolve technical issues together with the project and warranty teams. You will work in an environment where management systems and quality control procedures are already in place, and you will have the opportunity to improve them and independently plan inspections of objects.

• You have a higher education in engineering in the field of construction.
• You have accumulated solid independent work experience in the field of building construction, construction project management, technical maintenance or quality management.
• You are familiar with the entire building construction process, work technologies, their sequence and quality requirements.
• You are able to practically apply construction technical regulations and other legal acts regulating construction.
• You are able to assess technical problems, identify their causes and substantiate solutions.
• You are able to mobilize a team of specialists, constructively resolve disagreements and ensure the implementation of agreed actions.
• You have good knowledge of English.

[b]Previous work experience as a quality manager, knowledge of ISO management systems and experience in internal audits will be considered an advantage. We also invite experienced building construction managers, project managers and technical maintenance specialists who are seeking to move to a broader quality and team management position to apply.
