Head of Quality, Environmental and Process Management Department

Our client is a company that invests in the quality of its operations, advanced technologies and employee competencies. We are looking for a manager with practical experience in building construction and who is willing to apply it on a wider scale – improving the quality of projects and organizational processes.

In this position, you will lead a team of specialists, assess the quality of construction work and resolve technical issues together with the project and warranty teams. You will work in an environment where management systems and quality control procedures are already in place, you will have the opportunity to improve them and independently plan inspections of objects.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of specialists in the department, coordinating the activities of warranty services, environmental protection, ISO management and engineering systems maintenance.
• Planning and conducting quality inspections and audits of construction objects, identifying non-conformities and controlling their elimination.
• Reviewing object quality plans and monitoring their implementation.
• Organizing the internal takeover of completed housing projects from construction teams, assessing the quality before handing over the housing to customers.
• Solving more complex warranty issues together with the team - assessing the causes of defects and selecting technically sound solutions.
• Coordinating and improving the maintenance of the Integrated Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and ISO 37001, in cooperation with responsible specialists and process owners.
• Providing reports and proposals to management, participating in improving company processes and implementing new management systems.

We hope that you:

• You have a higher engineering education in construction.
• You have accumulated solid independent work experience in the field of building construction, construction project management, technical maintenance or quality management.
• You know the entire building construction process, work technologies, their sequence and quality requirements.
• You are able to practically apply construction technical regulations and other legal acts regulating construction.
• You are able to assess technical problems, identify their causes and substantiate solutions.
• You are able to mobilize a team of specialists, constructively resolve disagreements and ensure the implementation of agreed actions.
• You have good knowledge of English.

We will consider previous work experience as a quality manager, knowledge of ISO management systems and experience in internal audits as an advantage. We also invite experienced building construction managers, project managers and maintenance specialists who seek to move to a broader quality and team management position to apply.

Salary: 4,000–5,000 EUR per month before taxes, depending on your experience and competencies.
