WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • Have a higher university education in economics, finance or management;
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in the fields of audit, internal control or "quality, compliance and risk";
  • Knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union regulating finance, corporate activities, compliance and auditor's work;
  • Have good knowledge of English and Russian (at least B2 level);
  • Have strong analytical skills and critical thinking;
  • Are responsible, proactive and result-oriented;
  • Able to independently plan time, set priorities and work in an organized manner;
  • Have experience in testing internal control procedures, assessing their effectiveness and identifying risks;
  • Understand the principles of quality management, compliance assurance and risk management.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO ACHIEVE SUCCESS?

  • Ability to quickly delve into the company's processes, operating model and regulatory environment;
  • Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions based on data and risk assessment;
  • Understanding of the principles of "quality, compliance and risk" and their practical application in daily activities;
  • Ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations to different stakeholders;
  • Initiative and proactive approach in identifying areas for improvement;
  • Ability to effectively plan time, work on several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;
  • Collaborative skills when working with different teams;
  • Constant interest in changes in legislation and good practices in the areas of audit, compliance and risk management;
  • Orientation towards quality, accuracy and continuous process improvement.
