Quality Engineer

We are a rapidly growing Lithuanian manufacturing company, producing nicotine and caffeine pads for international markets. Our production is constantly expanding: new lines are being launched, modern equipment is being installed, new jobs and career opportunities are emerging. We are looking for a diligent and analytical team member who will help ensure the highest quality of our products.

Quality control of production processes and products on production lines;
Maintaining and improving the quality management system (e.g. ISO 9001, GMP);
Recording non-conformities, analyzing causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA);
Investigating customer complaints and preparing responses;
Organizing inspections of raw materials, production processes and finished products;
Conducting internal audits and preparing for external audits;
Preparing and updating quality documentation (procedures, instructions, specifications);
Monitoring, analyzing and reporting quality indicators to management;
Training employees on quality requirements.

Higher technical, engineering, chemical or food technology education;
At least 2 years of work experience in the field of quality, in a manufacturing company;
Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP or others) is an advantage;
Experience in applying quality methods (8D, 5 Why, FMEA, Ishikawa, SPC);
Good knowledge of English (written and oral);
Analytical thinking, thoroughness and attention to detail;
Initiative, independence and responsibility;
Good computer skills (MS Excel, ERP systems);
Experience in the tobacco, nicotine, food or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
