Nature of work
We are looking for a quality specialist who wants not only to solve quality problems, but also to contribute to real changes in production. If you are interested in analyzing, finding reasons, improving processes and seeing the results of your work, we invite you to join our team!
- Analyze quality non-conformities, identify their causes and coordinate corrective actions;
- Initiate and implement quality and process improvement solutions;
- Participate in the implementation of new products, prepare and update FMEA, Control Plan and PPAP documentation;
- Perform SPC and MSA analyses, assess process stability and measurement system reliability;
- Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers and customers in resolving quality issues;
- Participate in internal and external audits and coordinate the elimination of identified non-conformities.
Requirements
- Higher education in engineering or similar field;
- At least 1 year of experience in quality in a manufacturing company;
- Experience working with FMEA, SPC, MSA and PPAP;
- Ability to read and understand technical / mechanical drawings;
- Good MS Office skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
- Analytical thinking and ability to solve problems independently;
