Primary responsibilities
- Quality control of manufactured products and testing;
- Monitoring of production process parameters and recording data;
- Using and maintaining measuring equipment;
- Recording test protocols, quality checks and discrepancies;
- Recording identified quality discrepancies and transmitting information to responsible employees;
- Participation in new product testing;
- Cooperation with production employees to ensure product quality.
Employee requirements
- Higher education in engineering, manufacturing or technical field;
- Experience in a production manager, quality engineer or similar position;
- Ability to read technical drawings;
- Understanding of quality control processes;
- Computer skills (MS Office);
- Responsibility, diligence and attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a team.
- Experience in laboratory testing (advantage);
- Experience working with measuring equipment (advantage).

UAB Koderus is a growing manufacturing company that develops and manufactures innovative 2in1 facade finishing and thermal insulation panels. As part of our expansion, we are opening a new ~5,000 m² factory in Alytus in 2026, with production launch planned for May.
The project is already advanced: a launch plan and a list of works have been prepared, part of the production equipment has already been ordered and is in the process of being delivered, and training will take place at the operating UAB Koderus factory in Vilnius.
