Nature of work:
Develop, implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure compliance with company standards;
Eliminate production non-conformities in finished products;
Inspect and test raw materials, in-process and finished products to ensure compliance with quality requirements;
Analyze production data and report on trends, deviations and opportunities for process improvement;
Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality issues;
Organize root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for non-conformities;
Regularly audit production processes, equipment and tools to ensure continuity of quality;
Train production staff in quality control procedures and best practices.

Requirements:
Higher education in engineering, manufacturing or similar field;
Experience in quality control or assurance in a manufacturing environment;
Electrical engineering knowledge and ability to identify component failures;
Proficiency in working with basic measuring instruments;
Good computer literacy;
Good communication skills;
Independence and teamwork.
Experience in developing test programs, checking product quality, knowledge or experience in working with quality management systems, statistical process control and Lean / 5S principles, electrical safety qualification would be an advantage.
Experience in quality control or assurance in a manufacturing environment;
Electrical engineering knowledge and ability to identify component failures;
Proficiency in working with basic measuring instruments;
Good computer literacy;
Good communication skills;
Independence and teamwork.
