Nature of work:
- Inspect and test raw materials, in-process and finished products to ensure quality requirements are met;
- Analyze production data and report on trends, deviations and opportunities for process improvement;
- Regularly audit production processes, equipment and tools to ensure quality continuity;
- Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of quality control systems, ensuring their compliance with company standards;
- Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality issues;
- Organize root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for non-conformities;
- Train production staff in quality control procedures and best practices;
- Eliminate manufacturing non-conformities in finished products.
Requirements:
- Higher education in engineering, manufacturing or similar field;
- Experience in quality control or assurance in a manufacturing environment;
- Electrical engineering knowledge and ability to troubleshoot components;
- Proficiency with basic measuring instruments;
- Good computer literacy;
- Good communication skills;
- Independence and teamwork.
Experience in developing test programs, checking product quality, knowledge or experience in working with quality management systems, statistical process control and Lean / 5S principles, electrical safety qualification would be an advantage
