Nature of work
- Manage non-conformities: register, analyze, coordinate corrective and preventive actions and ensure their implementation.
- Administer the warehouse of non-conforming components.
- Coordinate the claims process for suppliers: prepare claims, communicate with suppliers, coordinate corrective actions.
- Analyze quality indicators, prepare non-conformity statistical reports and provide conclusions.
- Initiate and implement improvements to the non-conformity management process.
- Plan and conduct internal and supplier audits.
- Fill in the IMDS system.
Employee requirements
- Higher education in engineering.
- At least 1 year of work experience in the field of quality.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Ability to apply quality and problem-solving methods (e.g. 5 Why, 8D, A3, PDCA, DMAIC or others).
- Strong analytical thinking, ability to analyze data, systematize information and provide reasonable conclusions.
- Good computer skills (MS Office 365).
- English language proficiency at least B2 level.
