IN OUR DAILY WORK, WE WILL TRUST YOU:
- Ensure product quality in the production process and contribute to quality improvement.
- Analyze non-conformities (NC), initiate corrective and preventive actions and supervise their implementation.
- Maintain and improve quality documentation and quality management system (ISO).
- Participate in research and experimental development (R&D) activities: prepare test programs, test new products, analyze results and contribute to product improvement.
- Organize the work of the ammunition laboratory team: plan working hours and schedules according to production needs, strengthen team competencies.
WE EXPECT YOU TO:
- You have a higher education in engineering (mechanical, production, industrial engineering, etc.).
- You know the principles of quality management systems (ISO) and have experience working with quality documentation.
- You have experience in analyzing non-conformities and applying corrective and preventive actions.
- You are able to analyze data, prepare test programs and evaluate their results.
- You know how to read technical drawings and are familiar with measurement methods.
- You are able to organize teamwork and plan activities according to production needs.
- You have excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- You know English (at least B2 level).
- You work well with MS Office programs, especially Excel.
