WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
As a Quality Engineer at UAB Rheinmetall Defence Lietuva, your daily tasks will include:
- Ensuring quality control of production processes and manufactured products in accordance with established standards and technical requirements
- Performing quality checks of semi-finished and finished products
- Registering, analyzing and managing internal and external quality discrepancies, initiating corrective and preventive actions
- Collaborating with production departments to solve quality problems and reduce the number of defective products
- Preparing quality reports and analyzing the causes of discrepancies
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Higher education in engineering, technical sciences or related field
- At least 1 year of work experience in quality control (experience in a chemical or metal processing company is an advantage)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications
- Ability to identify the causes of defects and solve problems analytically
- Diligence, responsibility and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate with production employees and managers
- Good computer skills (experience in working with Excel and ERP systems is an advantage)
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and good knowledge of English
