Nature of work
- Public transport control, ensuring that passengers comply with the established rules for using buses and shuttle taxis.
- Record identified violations, prepare the necessary documentation and administer related processes.
- Consult passengers and drivers, provide information on applicable rules and procedures.
- Cooperate with colleagues, municipal institutions and other partners in resolving identified discrepancies.
- Contribute to ensuring and improving the quality of public transport services.
Employee requirements
- You have at least secondary education.
- You have a category B driver's license.
- You are able to work with a computer and use information systems necessary for daily activities.
- You know or are ready to quickly understand the legal acts and procedures related to your activity.
- You are distinguished by a high personal communication culture, tact, courtesy and respect for others.
- You are able to constructively resolve conflict situations and communicate professionally with people.
- You are responsible, honest, independent and result-oriented.
