In this position:
We are looking for an experienced quality professional to develop and strengthen the quality management system throughout the organization. We are looking for a manager who will help move from quality control to systematic quality management. Your main goal will be not only to ensure the functioning of quality control processes, but also to organize non-conformity analysis, preventive actions, product conformity control and continuous quality improvement.

- Organize incoming quality control of raw materials, components and vehicles.
- Ensure intermediate and final quality control of manufactured buses.
- Manage and improve the non-conformity (NCR) process.
- Organize root cause analysis (Root Cause Analysis, 8D, CAPA) and implementation of preventive actions.
- Coordinate quality improvement initiatives together with production, supply, product development and product engineering teams.
- Manage customer complaints, warranty cases and recall campaigns (Recall) processes.
- Ensure compliance of components, materials and systems with homologation and certification requirements.
- Organize supplier quality assessment and implementation of corrective actions.
- Analyze quality indicators and provide management with periodic insights and suggestions.
- Develop a quality culture in the organization.
We hope you:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in quality management in a manufacturing company.
- You have worked with non-conformance, corrective and preventive action processes.
- You are able to organize Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8D and CAPA processes.
- You have a technical or engineering education.
- You are able to analyze data and make decisions based on facts.
- You know how to work with various organizational functions and mobilize a team for a common goal.
- You communicate fluently in English.

- Experience in the vehicle, car, bus, special equipment or railway industry.
- Experience working with ISO quality systems.
- Experience managing supplier quality processes.

Salary and motivation system:
- Salary from 4,000 to 6,000 EUR gross per month (depending on experience, competencies and ability to independently develop a quality system in the organization).
- Additional annual bonuses linked to individual and overall company results.
- Results are assessed based on clear goals: improving quality indicators, implementing preventive actions, reducing warranty costs and ensuring product compliance.
