Responsibilities after joining the team:
- Analyze existing company processes and identify opportunities for improving efficiency, quality and productivity.
- Initiate, plan and implement LEAN / Continuous Improvement projects in various areas of the organization.
- Standardize processes, create clear work procedures, instructions and performance control mechanisms.
- Perform root cause analysis and, together with team leaders, search for sustainable solutions.
- Collect, analyze and interpret performance data, track indicators and provide suggestions for their improvement.
- Cooperate with managers and teams from different departments, helping to implement changes in daily activities.
- Ensure that changes are not only planned, but also realistically applied and work in practice.
- Contribute to new technology, automation and process digitalization initiatives.
- Communicate progress, results and recommendations to the company's management.
Experience and qualities that will allow you to succeed:
- Practical experience in implementing LEAN / Continuous Improvement principles in a real organization (production, logistics, services or large operational structure).
- Practical experience in the following areas: process analysis and standardization, problem cause analysis; performance measurement and improvement.
- You have strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, take responsibility and justify your decisions.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different levels of the organization.
- LEAN / Six Sigma / Kaizen certificates are an advantage.
