Nature of work
- Quality control of manufactured products.
- Management of non-conformities, initiation of corrective actions and submission of quality improvement proposals.
- Inventory of the production raw materials warehouse, control of ordered and delivered quantities.
- Creation of work instructions and improvement of training programs.
- Registration of employee work quality and compliance with rules, transfer of information for assessment.
- Implementation and maintenance of the most important elements of the 5S system.
- Participation in project activities: tracking project progress, registering new requests, collecting feedback, proposing solutions and ideas.
- Responsibilities in FSSC22000; ISO 9001; ISO 14001 systems, filling in and controlling registers.
- Assisting the production manager in organizing and coordinating production processes.
- Monitoring production performance indicators, providing efficiency improvement proposals.
- Continuous communication with production staff, warehouse and sales department to ensure smooth production work.
- Participation in the implementation of new production lines, technologies and production management systems.
- Representative representation of the company in communication with partners.
Deputizing for other employees
- Preparation and control of the production plan.
- Input of manufactured products in the ERP system.
- Preparation of quality documents.
- Performing physical and mechanical product tests in the laboratory.
Employee requirements
- Higher, college education;
- Very good knowledge of English;
- Computer literacy;
- Analogous or similar work experience is required;
- Attention to detail, responsibility, initiative, communication skills, quick orientation, receptiveness to innovations;
- Desire to learn and improve.
