Your daily activities at work would be:
You will implement a process measurement system – monitor yield and defect indicators by stages: dyeing → cutting → forming → packaging;
You will provide monthly reports to management: loss amount (€), stage at which they occurred and their trends;
You will implement continuous improvement projects – identify 2-3 largest sources of losses every quarter and, together with the production team, look for solutions;
You will manage the customer claims process: register, root cause analysis and preparation of responses to customers;
You will ensure that ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards are applied in daily production activities;
You will train operators and craftsmen to work according to standardized procedures;
You will conduct supplier audits together with the supply team – if defects arise due to the quality of raw materials, you will solve the problem before they enter production.

Important abilities and skills:
At least 2 years of experience in the field of quality, process improvement or operational efficiency (experience in the packaging, paper, food or consumer goods industry is an advantage);
Practical experience working with the measurement of production indicators (yield, defects, equipment efficiency, etc.);
Good knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard;
Lean or Six Sigma knowledge is an advantage;
Fluent Lithuanian and good knowledge of English;
Analytical thinking and ability to work with data (Excel is mandatory);
Independence and ability to solve problems constructively.
Practical experience working with the measurement of production indicators (yield, defects, equipment efficiency, etc.);
Good knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard;
Lean or Six Sigma knowledge is an advantage;
Fluent Lithuanian and good knowledge of English;
