- UAB „PERSONALO SPRENDIMAI“
BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- installation, maintenance, updating and integration of production equipment and technologies into production processes;
- planning, management and implementation of technical projects;
- design and improvement of technological lines;
- preparation of technological documentation, standardized work instructions and training materials;
- coordination of 5S, TPM and Kaizen activities and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives;
- recording and analysis of production equipment failures, determining their causes and coordinating the elimination of malfunctions.
WE HOPE YOU:
- you have a technical or engineering education;
- you have at least 2 years of work experience in the field of production process management, technology implementation and development;
- you are well versed in MS Office programs;
- you know how to work with at least one of the following programs: Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, Fusion 360 or SolidWorks and are able to independently create technical drawings;
- you know English;
- you are able to analyze processes, identify problems and independently create technical solutions.
