A rapidly growing foreign capital company engaged in project-based production is expanding its quality team and is inviting a QUALITY TEAM MANAGER to join.
Nature of work
- Organization and coordination of daily quality team activities;
- Supervision of the quality management system, ensuring compliance with customer, certification and legal requirements;
- Ensuring quality control of raw materials, production processes and final products;
- Identification of causes of quality non-conformities, coordination of corrective actions and evaluation of their results;
- Monitoring of quality indicators, process improvement;
- Participation in internal and external audit processes;
- Coordination of employee safety, health and fire safety activities.
Employee requirements
- Practical experience in the field of quality control or quality assurance in a manufacturing company;
- Knowledge of quality management systems, non-conformity analysis and corrective action principles;
- Knowledge of employee safety and occupational risk management principles is an advantage;
- Ability to organize teamwork and cooperate with other departments;
- Analytical thinking, systematicity and initiative;
- Very good English language skills (oral and written).

- Fuel costs compensation when traveling from other cities (workplace in Marijampolė).
