The Operations Management Department of Lithuanian Post is inviting a Quality Control Group Manager to join:
Pending Responsibilities:
- I will organize, coordinate and control the quality processes of the Operations department, ensure compliance with quality standards, monitor quality indicators, manage non-conformities and coordinate the improvement of the quality of processes and services in the divisions of the Group of Companies;
- I will plan, organize, coordinate and supervise the activities of the team, ensuring smooth work and the implementation of operational goals;
- I will organize and carry out quality control of the services provided by the company, monitor quality indicators, analyze non-conformities and provide proposals for quality improvement;
- In cooperation with the departments of the Operations department, initiate and coordinate quality improvement actions based on the results of quality indicators and inspections;
- I will collect, analyze quality data, prepare quality reports and recommendations.
We hope that:
- You have a higher education (in the field of logistics, economics, management or quality management would be an advantage);
- You have accumulated at least 2 years of management experience (preferably in the field of logistics, quality or services);
- You have experience in change management and are able to work in a team;
- You have excellent command of Lithuanian (written and spoken) and good command of English or Russian;
- You are proficient in MS Office tools;
- You have negotiation and company representation skills, and are characterized by strategic thinking;
- You have a category B driver's license (an advantage);
- You are a leader, proactive, analytical, responsible, open to change, able to cooperate and strive for continuous improvement.
