Quality Control Engineer | Electronics Manufacturing

We are looking for aQuality Control Engineer to supplement and strengthen our growing team, located in Vilnius, Svylos g. 16.

Teltonika's electronics manufacturing departments develop and assemble our devices - from prototypes to large-scale serial production. Using advanced automation and robotics, we turn any complex idea into a fully developed product.

We create all the necessary conditions for each employee to improve their skills, gain in-depth knowledge of the products we manufacture, and grow professionally in every way.

In this position, you will:

• Perform quality control of manufactured products according to established procedures and control plans.
• Ensure that products meet technical requirements, customer specifications, and applicable IPC and ISO standards.
• Analyze and evaluate non-conformities.
• You will prepare and update quality documentation, quality control instructions, provide quality indicator reports.
• You will participate in non-conformity investigations, propose preventive solutions.
• You will cooperate with production, design and engineering teams in resolving quality issues.

What we expect from you:

• Higher or higher technical education: in electronics, telecommunications, electricity, mechatronics, production engineering or similar fields.
• Experience working with quality control or in the field of production.
• Ability to read technical documentation.
• Computer literacy (MS Office programs).
• English language skills (B1 level, especially understanding of technical terminology).
• Analytical thinking, observation, ability to systematically identify non-conformities.

We will consider the following as an advantage:

• Energy worker certificate (PK category).
• Ability to work with laboratory tools (multimeter, laboratory power supply, etc.).
• Knowledge of IPC standards (soldering, PCB inspection).
• Understanding of GPS/GSM technologies and their operating principles.

Salary:

We value everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary that matches your skills and competence. The salary for this position is from 12 Eur/hr. to 16 Eur/hr.* (~2016 Eur - 2688 Eur per month) excluding taxes, depending on your experience and competence.

• The employment contract specifies a fixed hourly salary excluding taxes.
