POSITION: QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER
What will you do in this job?
Each laser we produce undergoes a final quality check before it leaves for the customer. This means calibration, testing and ensuring that everything works as it should.
In this position, you will work with laser systems: you will run tests, monitor their operation, analyze the results and, if necessary, intervene. Some of the processes are assisted by automation, but the most important thing is your attention and decision-making.
Tests often last a long time (8-12 hours or more), so the work involves a more flexible schedule - sometimes you will need to check your progress in the evenings or on weekends. In return, you will have a lot of freedom to plan your time and quickly gain practical experience.

Primary responsibilities
- Laser calibration in various conditions (e.g. in temperature chambers)
- Monitoring and maintenance of long test cycles
- Working with multiple systems simultaneously
- Remote measurements and working with internal systems
- Analysis of results and parameter selection
- Preparation of QC reports
- Troubleshooting when systems are unstable
- Collaboration with R&D and production teams
What do we expect from you
- You are studying or have graduated in physics, photonics, electronics or a similar field
- You are able to think analytically and find solutions
- You are attentive to details and responsible
- You are comfortable working with technical systems and software
- You are able to handle tasks independently
- You know English (written and spoken)
