What tasks await:
- perform inspections of the company's permanent and periodic road maintenance work and assess their compliance with the established requirements;
- perform control of production activities and processes at facilities;
- perform self-control measurements and tests, record and systematize the results;
- analyze non-conformities, submit proposals for improving the quality of processes, work and operational efficiency;
- participate in internal audits of production processes and quality control processes;
- perform inspections of roads of state importance and record identified non-conformities;
- contribute to the preparation and improvement of internal procedures, methodologies, procedures and other documents;
- cooperate with different divisions of the company in order to ensure uniform quality standards;
- submit proposals for initiatives for digitization, standardization and operational improvement of processes.
We are looking for a colleague who:
- has a higher engineering education (priority – in the field of transportation communications / road or construction engineering);
- has work experience in the fields of road maintenance, construction organization, project management or laboratory testing – we would consider this an advantage;
- is analytical, able to systematize information, notice discrepancies and clearly present conclusions;
- is able to plan time, work independently and cooperate with different teams;
- is proactive, responsible and focused on quality results;
- works well with MS Office programs;
- is able to communicate and read in English;
- has a category B driver's license.
THE FOLLOWING ARE CONSIDERED ADVANTAGES:
- practical experience in the road maintenance or construction sector;
- knowledge of road maintenance processes, technical requirements and quality control;
- experience in conducting measurements, testing or participating in audits.
