Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Quality Control Specialist to the Artea Bank team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.
You will be #closer every day and:
- You will conduct quality assessments of real-time, retrospective monitoring, sanctions and fraud prevention processes in accordance with the procedures and instructions governing quality assessment procedures.
- You will provide clear, reasoned and constructive feedback to the Department’s employees.
- You will prepare training materials and conduct training for the Department’s employees.
- You will contribute to the improvement of quality criteria, assessment methodology and control processes.
- You will analyze quality results, systematize the identified trends and provide insights into process improvement.
To be #closer, you will need:
- At least 1 year of work experience in the field of PPTF, fraud or sanctions prevention.
- Knowledge of legal acts regulating money laundering and terrorist financing, restrictive measures (sanctions), fraud risk management and related requirements.
- Ability to analyze and understand complex processes.
- Understanding the basic principles of business operations.
- Conflict management skills.
- Ability to communicate in a reasoned manner.
- Organization, initiative and diligence.
We will consider:
- ACAMS, ICA, CGSS or other AML certification an advantage.
