Nature of work:
- Control of the production process, ensuring that each production stage meets quality requirements; Implementation and improvement of HACCP plan requirements;
- Collection and preparation of samples (products, raw materials) for shipment to accredited laboratories; registration of test protocols and evaluation of the results obtained;
- Performance of microbiological tests of products and raw materials in the company's internal laboratory (if necessary - using rapid tests);
- Performance of microbiological analysis of water;
- Performance of sensory analysis of products and raw materials;
- Performance of physico-chemical analyses (determination of salt content, determination of TVB-N);
- Performance of hygiene inspections;
- Control and evaluation of the washing process (important - once every 2 weeks, work starts at 04:45);
- Analysis of customer complaints and finding solutions;
- Preparation of quality reports and participation in the development and improvement of quality assurance activity processes.
We will expect from you:
- Has a university or higher education (food industry, food safety, biotechnology, biology, veterinary science);
- Has good computer skills;
- Speaks English (Russian is an advantage);
- Able to work carefully and responsibly both in a team and individually;
- Has the opportunity to work in shifts: Monday to Friday 06:00-14:30 and 13:30-22:00;
- Advantage – work experience in the field of quality assurance, food production or laboratory research.
