NATURE OF WORK:
- Working with the most advanced military electro-optical systems and their components.
- Controlling and optimizing quality processes for BROLIS optomechanical and laser systems.
- Creating and updating quality instructions and general documentation.
- Defect analysis and reporting.
- Creating and improving quality control methods and tools.
- Communicating with internal teams and suppliers on quality issues.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE EMPLOYEE:
- Basic knowledge of electronics, optomechanics or mechanical design.
- Experience in quality control or manufacturing process improvement.
- Ability to read, understand and correctly interpret technical documentation in Lithuanian and English.
- Experience in writing instructions and communicating technical information.
- Ability to collect, analyze and present quality data.
IMPORTANT: The selected candidate will need to obtain a security clearance and will be required to provide a medical certificate in Form 049a.
